स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: १. हम देही अभिमानी आत्माएँ, उठते-बैठते, चलते-फिरते, खाते-पीते, शरीर निर्वाह या कर्म करते, एक निराकार बाप की याद में रहनेवाले, कर्मयोगी हैं ... ऊँचे ते ऊँच भगवानकी रोज़ आठ घण्टे सिमरण कर, श्याम से सुंदर, काँटों से फूल, कौड़ी से हीरे, बंदर से मंदिर लायक, पुजारी से पूजनीय, नर से नारायण, नारी से लक्ष्मी, मनुष्य से देवता बननेवाले, तीव्र पुरुषार्थी हैं......
२. हम आत्माएँ, मीठे बाप को मामेकम याद करनेवाले, प्यारे बाप के साथ पूरा-पूरा लव रखनेवाले, सत बाप के हर फरमान का पूरा-पूरा पालन करनेवाले, सम्पूर्ण निशाने किनजदीकी के नशेवाले, अटल निश्चित बुद्धि और पक्के निश्चय वाले विजयी, निश्चिंत स्थिति वाले, बेगमपुर के बेफ़िक्र बादशाह हैं... राजधानी स्थापन करने में बाप के मददगार हैं...राम को सलाम करनेवाले, नई दुनिया का वर्सा पानेवाले, मायाजीत, नम्बर वन स्वर्ग के मालिक हैं...

४. हम आत्माएँ, अपने तन- मन- धन, मन्सा- वाचा- कर्मणा, श्वास- समय- संकल्प, स्वपन-सम्बंध-सम्पर्क, वृत्ति-दृष्टि-कृति, चेहरे-चलन-चरित्र से सेवा कर फूल मार्क्स लेनेवाले, निरन्तर विश्व सेवा धारी हैं...साक्षिपन की स्थिति से यथार्थ निर्णय लेनेवाले, सम्पन्न और सम्पूर्ण फरिश्ते हैं...

Praise of Baba: 

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the True Father...the True Teacher...the True Guru... the Incorporeal Shiv... God Father...the Creator, the One who creates the creation of Heaven...the Highest-on-high God...the Almighty Authority...the great Death...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:

1.   We, the soul conscious souls, are karmyogis who stay in remembrance of the Incorporeal Father while standing or sitting, walking or moving along, eating or drinking, and while performing actions for the livelihood of the body ...we are the intense effort-makers who, by repeatedly remembering the Father for eight hours every day, become beautiful from ugly, flowers from thorns, diamonds from shells, worthy of being seated in a temple from monkeys, worthy-of-worship from worshippers, like Narayan from ordinary men, like Laxmi from an ordinary women, and deities from ordinary human beings...

2.   We, the souls, constantly remember the one sweet Father alone, have complete love for the loving Father, and fully obey every order of the True Father...we are the carefree emperors of the land free from sorrow, who, with unwavering faith in the intellect, firm faith in victory, and a stage free from worry, are in full intoxication of being close to the target...we are the Father’s helpers in establishing a kingdom...we are the number one masters of heaven, the conquerors of maya who salute Rama and  attain the inheritance of the new world...

3.   By listening to the story of immortality from the Lord of Immortality, we, the indestructible, immortal, imperishable souls, become the residents of the land of immortality ...we are the pure, holy, highly worthy-of-worship, elevated,  unadulterated, satvik, satopradhan householders, who stay awake at night in remembrance of the Father, absolve our sins, inculcate knowledge very well and follow shrimat...

4.   We, the souls, are constant world servers, who serve with our body-mind-wealth, thoughts-words-deeds, breath-time-thoughts, dreams-relationships-connections, attitude-vision-actions, and face-behavior-character, and attain full marks...by being in the stage of a detached observer, we, become the complete and perfect angels making accurate decisions...

1.   Hum dehi abhimaani atmaayen, oothte-baithte, chalte- firte, khaate-peete, shareer nirvaah ya karm karte,  ek niraakaar baap ki yaad men rahnewale, karmayogi hain ... Oonche te oonch  Bhagwaan  ki roz aath ghante simran kar, shyaam se sundar, kaanton se phool, kaudi se heere, Bandar se mandir laayak, pujaari se poojaniy, nar se narayan, naari se laxmi, manushy se devta ban newale, tivr purushaarthi hain......

2.   Hum atmaayen,meethe  baap ko maamekam yaad karnewale, pyaare baap ke saath poora-poora lav rakhnewale, sat baap ke har farmaan  ka poora-poora paalan karnewale, sampoorn nishaane ki najdiki ke nashewale, atal nishchit buddhi aur nishchint sthiti wale, pakke nishchay wale vijayi, begampur ke befikr badshah hain... raaj dhaani sthapan karne men baap ke madadgaar hain...ram ko salaam karnewale, nai duniya ka varsa paanewale, nambar van mayajeet  swarg ke maalik hain... 

3.   Hum ajar amar avinaashi atmaayen, amar nath se amar katha sun newale amarlok ke rahwaasi hain... gruhast vyvhaar men rahte hue bhi, raat ko jaagkar baap ko yaad kar vikarm vinaash  karnewale, shrimat par chal, achchi gyan dhaarna wale,  pavitr, paavan param pujy, shreshth shuddh satviksatopradhaan hain...

4.   Hum atmaayen, apne tan- man- dhan, mansa- vacha- karmana,  shwaas- samay- sankalp, swapan-sambandh-sampark, vritti-drishti-kriti, chehare-chalan-charitr se seva kar, ful marks lenewale, nirantar vishv seva dhaari  hain...saakshipan ki sthiti se yathaarth nirnay lenewale, sampann aur sampoorn farishte hain...
