स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:

१. हम आत्माएँ, एक निराकार बाप की याद में रहकर, श्रेष्ठाचारी बन बाप की गोद में बैठनेवाले, नशे और निश्चयवले, देही अभिमानी खुशी और फखूर वाले बेफ़िक्र बादशाह हैं... ज्ञान अमृत पीकर ज्ञान युक्त बन सदा ज्ञान की चर्चा करनेवाले, योग्युक्त बन, विकर्म विनाश कर, अवगुण निकालकर दिव्य गुण धारण करनेवाले, सॉफ और स्वच्छ बुद्धि से एक सेकंड में जीवन-मुक्ति पानेवाले, अच्छी सर्विस कर ऊँच पद पानेवाले, दिव्य चेहरे, चलन और चरित्र वाले तकदीर वान स्वर्ग के मालिक हैं....

२. हम आत्माएँ, सच्ची सच्ची सत्यनारायण की कथा सुनकर, बेड़ा पार करनेवाले, नर से नारायण, नारी से लक्ष्मी, काँटों से फूल, मनुष्य से देवता, असुर से देवता, बननेवाले विश्व के मालिक हैं... बाप को पहचानकर उनके बनकर श्रीमत पर चलनेवाले, परमपिता परमात्मा की मुख वंशावली, ईश्वरीय परिवार कि ईश्वरीय संतान , पवित्र पावन, श्रेष्ठ, शुद्ध, सात्विक, सच्चा सोना हैं... इस कयामत के समय में सब हिसाब किताब चुकटू कर बाप के साथ वापिस जानेवाले, नव दुनिया और नव देहली में राज्य करनेवाले, एक साजन की सजनियाँ हैं...

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the True Father...the True Teacher...the True Guru....the Incorporeal One ...the Ever Pure...Shri Shri Rudra...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:

1. By remaining in remembrance of the One Incorporeal Father, we, the souls, become elevated and sit in God’s lap...we are the carefree emperors who are soul conscious, with full faith and intoxication...by drinking the nectar of knowledge, we become gyanyukt and discuss the points of knowledge with one another...by being yogyukt, we destroy our sins, remove our weaknesses and fill ourselves with divine virtues...with clear and clear intellects we attain liberation-in-life in one second...we do good service and attain a high status ...we are the fortunate masters of heaven with divine characters, dignified behavior and with divinity visible on the face...

2. By listening to the story of the true Narayan, we, the souls, take our boats across...we are the masters of the world who become Narayan from ordinary men, Laxmi from ordinary women, flowers from thorns, deities from ordinary humans, and even devils...by recognizing and belonging to the Father, we become the mouth born creations of the Supreme Father the Supreme Soul, the Godly children belonging to the Godly family...we are pure, holy, noble, unadulterated, satvik, and real gold...in this time of settlement, we settle all our karmic accounts, and return home with the Father...we are the brides of the One Bridegroom who rule in the new world, in New Delhi...

3. Determination is the key to success....by fastening the belt of determined thought, we, the souls, can neither be upset nor be unset from our seat of self-respect , as we are safe and secure...we make the One Father our companion, and are combined with Him in every relationship, which cannot be separated under any circumstances... the relationship of a mother, a child, a teacher, a Satguru, a bridegroom or a friend... we are the embodiments of remembrance, who love Brahmin life and find it to be entertaining, by repeatedly bringing these experiences into awareness....

Hum atmaayen, sachchi sachchi satynarayan ki katha sunkar, beda par karnewale, nar se narayan, naari se laxmi, kaanton se phool, manushy se devta, asur se devta, ban newale vishv ke maalik hain... baap ko pahchaankar unke banker shrimat par chalnewale, parampita parmaatma ki mukh vanshaavali, ishwariy parivaar ek ishwariy santan , pavitr paavan, shreshth, shuddh, satvik, sachcha sona hain... is kayaamat ke samay men sab hisaab kitaab chuktoo kar baap ke saath vaapis jaanewale, nav duniya aur nav dehli men rajy karnewale, ek saajan ki sajaniyaan hain...
