स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:

१. हम आत्माएँ, हमारे अवगुण , पुराने संस्कार, कमज़ोरियाँ, खामियाँ, ग़लतियाँ, पुराना कीचड़ा बाप को दान करनेवाले, बुद्धि से सब हवाले करनेवाले, पुण्य हैं...पुरानी दुनिया,पुरना चोला, पुराने शरीर से ममत्व मिटानेवाले, एक निराकार बाप को ही याद करनेवाले, नष्टो मोहा, स्मृति लब्धा हैं... कदम कदम पर श्रीमत पर चल श्रेष्ठ बननेवाले,अपकारी पर उपकार करनेवाले, रहम दिल हैं...पाँच माया रूपी विकार, पाँच रावण रूपी विकार और पाँच तत्वों पर जीत पानेवाले, पवित्र, पावन, परम पूज्य बन पुण्य की दुनिया में जानेवाले तकदीरवान हैं ...
२. हम आत्माएँ, ज्ञान चिता पर बैठ, औरों को ज्ञान कवांठी पर बिठाकर, मित्रों, सम्बंधियों को ऊठानेवाले, श्रवण कुमार-कुमारियाँ हैं... काम चिता के हथियाले तोड़ने और तोड़ानेवाले, वारिस माइक और प्रजा बनानेवाले, रूहानी ब्रामिन हैं... हर रोज़ मुरली रेग्युलर और पंकचुअल सुननेवाले, मुरली के पायंट्स पर मनन, मंथन और सिमरणकरनेवाले, रत्नागर बाप से योग लगाकर ज्ञान रत्नों को धारण कर दिव्य गुण से भरपूर,दैवी चहरे, चलन और चरित्र वाले रामराज्य के प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज हैं...

३. हम आत्माएँ, तन-मन-धन, मन्सा -वाचा-कर्मणा, समय-संकल्प-श्वास, स्वपन-सम्बन्ध-सम्पर्क, स्मृति-वृत्ति-दृष्टि में सम्पूर्ण पवित्र, सच्चे वैष्णव हैं... जादूगर बाप के हाथ और साथ से असंभव को संभव करनेवाले सर्व शक्तिमान बाप के मास्टर सर्वशक्तिमान बच्चे हैं...योग की गंभीरता और ज्ञान मंथन की रमणिकता का बेलेन्स रखनेवाले सहज योगी हैं...

Praise of Baba: 

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the True Father...the True Teacher...the True Guru.... the Purifier... the Incorporeal One...the Bestower...the Jewel Merchant...the Magician...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:

1.   By donating all our vices, old sanskars, weaknesses, defects, mistakes, old rubbish, by surrendering everything to the Father with our intellect, we, the souls, become charitable...we break our attachment with the old world, the  old costume, the  old body and stay in remembrance of the One Incorporeal Father...we are the destroyers of attachment and the embodiments of remembrance...we become elevated by following shrimat at every step.. with a merciful heart, we uplift those who defame us...we are the fortunate ones who go to the pure charitable world by conquering the fives vices of maya, the five vices of Ravan and the five elements and thereby become pure, holy and supremely worthy of worship...

2.   We, the souls, we are the Shravan kumars and kumaris who sit on the pyre of knowledge, make friends and relatives sit on the scales of knowledge and uplift them..we are the spiritual Brahmins who break and make others break the bracelet of the pyre of lust, and thereby create heirs, mikes and subjects...we listen to the murli everyday regularly and punctually, contemplate, churn and repeatedly remember the points from the murlis..we connect our yoga with the Father, the Jewel Merchant, imbibe the jewels of knowledge, and overflow with divine virtues...we are the princes and princesses of the Kingdom of Rama with divine characters, dignified  behavior and divinity reflecting on the face...

3.   We, the souls, are the true Vaishnavs who are completely pure in our body-mind-wealth, thoughts-words-actions, time-thoughts-breath, dreams-relationships-connections, awareness-attitude-vision...by being the children of the Almighty Authority Father, we become master almighty authorities who, with the company and the helping hand of the Father, the Magician, make the impossible, possible...we are the easy yogis who maintain a balance between the seriousness of deep yoga and the entertainment of churning the ocean of knowledge...

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:

1.   Hum atmaayen, hamare avgu n , puraane sanskaar, kamjoriyaan, khaamiyaan, galtiyaan, puraana kichda baap ko daan karnewale, buddhi se sab havaale karnewale, puny hain...puraani duniya, poorana chola, poorane shareer se mamatv mitaanewale, ek niraakaar baap ko hi yaad karnewale, nashto moha, smriti labdha hain... kadam kadam par shrimat par chal shreshth ban newale,  apkaari par upkaar karnewale, raham dil hain...5 maya roopi vikaaar, 5 Ravan roopi vikaar aur  5 tatvon par jeet paanewale, pavitr, paavan, param pujy ban puny ki duniya men jaanewale takdeer vaan hain ...

2.   Hum atmaayen, gyan chita par baith, auron ko gyan kavaanthi par bithaakar, mitron, sambandhiyon ko oothaanewale, shravan kumar-kumaariyaan hain...  kaam chita ke hathiyaale  todne aur todaanewale, vaaris maaik aur praja banaanewale, ruhani Brahmin hain... har roz murli regular aur pankchual sun newale, murli ke points par manan, manthan aur simran karnewale, Ratnagar baap se yog lagaakar gyan ratnon ko dhaaran kar divy gu n se bharpoor,daivy chalan aur charitr  wale ramrajy ke prins-prinsej  hain...

3.   Hum atmaayen, tan-man-dhan, mansa-vacha-karmana, samay-sankalp-shwaas, swapan-sambandh-sampark, smriti-vritti-drishti men sampoorn pavitr, sachche vaishnav hain... Jaadugar baap ke haath aur saath se asambhav ko sambhav karnewale sarv shaktimaan baap ke mastar sarv shaktivaan bachche hain...yog ki gambhirta aur gyan manthan ki ramnikta ka bailens rakhnewale sahaj yogi hain...
