स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: 

१. हम  आत्माएँ, उमंग, हुल्लास और हिम्मत के पंख पर उड़ने और उड़ानेवाले, बाप से   सम्मुख गुडमार्निंग सुननेवाले, खुद बाप से पढ़  नॉलेज को फैलानेवाले,विचार सागर मंथन कर,  विस्तार को एक सेकण्ड में समाकर ज्ञान के सार का अनुभव करने और करानेवाले, मनमनाभव की डायरेक्शन  से याद की यात्रा करनेवाले, गैलप कर, लास्ट सो फास्ट, फास्ट सो फ़र्स्ट,  ऊँच पद वाले सतोप्रधान, अद्वेत  राज्य के  मालिक, राम राज्य के मालिक,  ईश्वरीय  राज्य  के मालिक हैं...

२. हम फ़ालो  फ़ादर करनेवाली आत्माएँ, बेहद के हार जीत के ड्रामा के एक्टर हैं...अपने अपने पार्ट अनुसार स्टेज पर आकर,  अपना सब कुछ ईश्वर अर्थ अर्पणकर, सरेंडर कर  ममत्व मिटा ट्रस्टी बननेवाले, देह और देह के सर्व सम्बन्ध और सम्पर्क को भूलनेवाले, नाटक पूरा होते  ही बाप के साथ वापिस घर जानेवाले, एक माशूक के आशिक हैं...

३. हम  निश्चय बुद्धि  आत्माएँ, पुरुषोत्तम संगम युग के पुरुषोत्तम ब्राह्मण चोटी धर्म वाले, ब्रह्मापुरी के ब्राह्मण, निमित्त, निर्माण, निर्मान, निर्मल नम्र  रूहानी सोशल वर्कर हैं... साइलेन्स में रहकर पवित्र बननेवाले, योगबल से राज्य लेनेवाले,  स्वर्ग जानेके लायक सूर्यवंशी चंद्रवंशी राज घरानेके  साइलेंस पावर वाले हैं...

४. हम आत्माएँ, आत्मा रचता और शरीर रचना समझकर, मालिकपन की स्मृति से हाइएस्ट अथॉरिटी अनुभव करनेवाले, माया के विघ्नों को अथॉरिटी से पार करनेवाले, शिवशक्ति कम्बाइंड स्वरूप हैं...

Praise of Baba:  

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the Purifier...the God Father...the Incorporeal One...the Unlimited Father...the Beloved...Ever Pure...Altruistic Server...the Bestower...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:

1.   We, the souls, fly and make others fly on the wings of zeal, enthusiasm and courage... we study from the Father Himself,  personally hear good morning from Him, churn the ocean of knowledge and  spread it...we merge the expansion within a second, experience and make others experience the essence of knowledge...with the direction of Manmanabhav, we remain on the pilgrimage of remembrance...we gallop ahead and from last we become fast and fast so first...we become satopradhan, attain a high status, and become the masters of the undivided kingdom, the kingdom of Ram, the kingdom of God...

2.   We, the souls, who follow the Father, are the actors in the unlimited drama of victory and defeat....we come onto the world stage according to our parts, surrender everything to God, finish our attachment to it and become trustees...we are the lovers of the One Beloved, who forget the consciousness of the body, it’s relationships and connections, and return home with the Father as soon as the play ends...

3.   We, the souls, with firm faith in our intellects, are the Brahmins of the land of Brahma...we belong to  the most elevated top knot Brahmin religion of the auspicious confluence age...we are the instruments, constructive, humble, clean and polite spiritual social workers...we are the members of the royal families of the sun and moon dynasties, who , with the power of silence, become pure, with the power of yoga attain a kingdom and  become worthy of going to heaven...

4.   We, the souls, consider the soul to be the creator and the body to be the creation and experience ourselves to be the highest authorities with the awareness of being a master...we are combined form of (Father and child) Shiv Shakti who overcome the obstacles of maya with authority ....

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:

1.   Hum  atmaayen, umang, hullas aur himmat ke pankh par udne aur udaanewale, baapse  sammukh gud maarning sun newale, khud baap se padhnewale, nolej ko failaanewale, vichaar sagar manthan karnewale,  vistaar ko ek sekand men samaakar gyan ke saar ka anubhav karne aur karaanewale, man mana bhav ki daayrekshan se yaad ki yatra wale, gailap karnewale, laast so faast, faast so farst,  oonch pad wale satopradhan, advet raajy ke  maalik, ram raajy ke maalik,  ishwaiy raajy  ke maalik hain...

2.   Hum fallow fader karnewali atmaayen, behad ke haar jeet ke drama ke ektar hain...apne apne paart anusaar stej par aakar,  apna sab kuch ishwar arth arpan kar, sarendar kar  mamatv mita trustee ban newale, deh aur deh ke sarv sambandh aur sampark ko bhoolnewale, natak poora hote  hi baap ke saath vapis ghar jaanewale, ek mashook ke aashik hain...

3.   Hum  nishchay budhhi atmaayen, purushottam sangam yug ke purushottam Brahman choti dharm wale, brahmapuri ke Brahman, nimitt, nirman, nirmaan, nirmal namr  ruhaani soshal warkar hain... saailens men rahkar pavitr ban newale, yogbal se raajy lenewale,  swarg jaaneke laayak sooryvanshi chandrvanshi raj ghararaaneke  saailens paavar wale hain...

4.   Hum atmaayen, atma rachta aur shareer rachna samajhkar, maalikpan ki smriti se haaiest authaanrity anubhav karnewale, maya ke vighnon ko autaanrity se paar karnewale, shivshakti kambaaind swaroop hain...
