बाबा की महिमा: परमपिता परमात्मा शिव बाबा हैं...मेरा बाबा...प्यारा बाबा...मीठा बाबा...दयालु बाबा...कृपालु बाबा...सत बाप...सत टीचर...सत गुरु...पतित पावन... दुःख हरता सुख करता...गाइड...ज्ञान का सागर...पवित्रता का सागर...ग़रीब निवाज़....
स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास: 
१. हम  देही अभिमानी आत्माएँ, दुआ देने और दुआ लेनेवाले, सुख देने और सुख लेनेवाले,  पवित्र बन ईश्वरीय बैंक में जास्ति कमाई जमा करनेवाले, ईश्वरीय कार्य में लगे रहनेवाले  निर्क्रोधी, निर्मोही, निर्लोभी सच्ची दिल वाले, विश्व के मालिक हैं...

२. हम  आत्माएँ, रूहानी यात्रा के रूहानी यात्री, ६३  जन्मों के पाप काटने वाले, योगबल से हिसाब-किताब चुक्तू कर बाप के साथ वापिस घर जानेवाले, रूहानी पण्डे  हैं...बाबा द्वारा राज योग सीखकर एक बाप से ही बुद्धि योग लगाकर याद की यात्रा से  २१  जन्मों की प्रालब्ध पानेवाले राज योगी हैं...
३. हम  आत्माएँ, बाप समान हैं...ज्ञान के सागर के सन्तान, मास्टर ज्ञान के सागर हैं...पवित्रता के सागर के सन्तान, मास्टर पवित्रता के सागर हैं...औरों को आप समान बनानेवाले पाण्डव संप्रदाय के ब्राह्मन, रॉयल चाल, चलन और  मैनर्स वाले, रॉयल  हैं, रीयल  हैं, हिम्मतवान  हैं, धैर्यवान  हैं, महान  हैं ...
४.  हम  आत्माएँ, अपना फ़र्ज़ समझकर बाप का पैगाम, मसेज, संदेश, परिचय, पहचान देनेवाले और बाप को प्रत्यक्ष करनेवाले कोटो में कोई शिव बाबा के बच्चे हैं....
५. हम  आत्माएँ, संकल्प, बोल और कर्म में प्योरिटी  की प्रतिज्ञा और धारणा करनेवाले, लाइट का क्राउन प्राप्त करनेवाले, अष्ट, ईष्ट, महान और सर्व श्रेष्ठ देवी देवता हैं...सदा बापदादा की छत्र छाया में रहनेवाले विघ्न विनाशक हैं...

a. किनकी दबी रहेगे धूल में, किनकी राजा खाए...
b. भल रावण राज्य है, परन्तु उन्हों के लिए रावण राज्य नहीं कहेंगे...

Praise of Baba:

The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the Purifier...the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness...the Guide...the Ocean of Knowledge...the Ocean of Purity...the Lord of the Poor...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:

1.   We, the soul conscious souls, give blessings and take blessings, give happiness and take happiness...by becoming pure we accumulate a lot in God’s bank, by helping  God in the task of establishment, we become the masters of the world...we are honest hearted, free from anger, free from attachment and free from greed......

2.   We, the souls, the spiritual guides, the spiritual travelers on the spiritual journey, absolve our sins of 63 births and settle our karmic accounts with the power of yoga, and return home with the Father...we are the raj yogis who learn raj yoga from the Father, connect the yoga of our intellect with Him, and attain a reward for 21 births ...

3.   We, the souls, are equal to the Father...by being the children of the Ocean of Knowledge, we become the master oceans of knowledge...by being the children of the Ocean of Purity, we become the master oceans of purity...we are the royal, real, courageous, patient and great Brahmins of the Pandav community with royal mannerisms, behavior and manners, who make others equal to ourselves...

4.   We, the souls, are a handful out a few of Shiv Baba’s children who consider it to be our duty to relay the Father’s communication, message, instruction, introduction, identification and revelation ...

5.   We, the souls, are the eight armed, special, great and the most elevated deities, who, by having made the promise of purity, and continuing to have purity in thoughts, words and deeds, have attained a crown of light...we are the destroyers of obstacles who constantly remain under the canopy of protection of Bapdada.....  

Interesting Points:

a.   Some people’s wealth will be buried underground; other people’s wealth will be consumed by the government...

b.   Although this is the kingdom of Ravan, you wouldn’t say that it is the kingdom of Ravan for them...

c.    Bharat is the imperishable land and that annihilation never takes place here...

 Swamaan aur atma abhyas:        

1.   Hum  dehi abhimaani atmaayen, dua dene aur dua lenewale, sukh dene aur sukh lenewale,  pavitr ban ishwariy benk men jaasti kamaai jama karnewale, ishwariy kaary men lage rahnewale  nirkrodhi, nirmohi, nirlobhi sachchi dil wale, vishv ke maalik hain...

2.   Hum  atmaayen, ruhaani yaatra ke ruhaani yaatri, 63 janmon ke paap kaat ne wale, yog bal se hisaab-kitaab chuktoo kar baap ke saath vaapis ghar jaanewale, ruhaani pande hain...baba dwara raj yog seekhkar ek baap se hi buddhi yog lagaakar yaad ki yatra se  21 janmon ki praalabdh paanewale raj yogi hain...

3.   Hum  atmaayen, baap samaan hain...Gyan ke sagar ke santan, mastar gyan ke sagar hain...Pavitrta ke Sagar ke santan, mastar pavitrta ke sagar hain...auron ko aap samaan banaanewale pandav sampradaay ke Brahman, royal chaal, chalan aur  mainars wale,royal hain, riyal hain, himmatvaan hain, dhairyvaan hain, mahaan hain....

4.    Hum  atmaayen, apna farz samajhkar baap ka paigaam, mesej, sandesh, parichay, pehchaan denewale aur baap ko pratyaksh karnewale koto men koi Shiv Baba ke bachche hain....

5.   Hum  atmaayen, sankalp, bol aur karm men pyority ki pratigna aur dhaarna karnewale, laait ka kraaun praapt karnewale, asht, isht, mahaan aur shreshth devi devta hain... sada baapdada ki chatr chaaya men rahnewale vighn vinaashak hain.

a.   Kinki dabi rahege dhool men, kinki raja khaae...

b.   Bhal ravan raajy hai, parantu unhon ke liye ravan raajy nahin kahenge...

c.    Bharat avinaashi khand hai, isme pralay kab hoga nahi....

मुरली सार:- ''मीठे बच्चे - देह-अभिमान में आने से पाप होते हैं, इसलिए देही-अभिमानी बनो, तुम्हारे मैनर्स बहुत अच्छे होने चाहिए, किसी को भी दु:ख नहीं देना है'' प्रश्न: 21 जन्मों की प्रालब्ध बनाने के लिए बाप कौन सी सहज युक्ति बताते हैं? उत्तर: बच्चे, यह ईश्वरीय बैंक है, इसमें जितना जमा करेंगे उतना 21 जन्म प्रालब्ध पायेंगे। ईश्वरीय स्थापना के कार्य में सफल करने से ही जमा होगा। बाकी तो सबका देवाला निकलना ही है। यह है ही दु:खधाम। अर्थक्वेक होगी, आग लगेगी... सबको घाटा पड़ना है इसलिए कहते हैं - किनकी दबी रहेगी धूल में, किनकी राजा खाए... धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार: 
1) अन्दर में कोई भी खोट (कमी) हो तो उसे निकाल देना है। सच्ची दिल रखनी है। देह-अभिमान में आकर कभी क्रोध नहीं करना है।
2) जब भी फुर्सत मिले तो याद की यात्रा में रह कमाई जमा करनी है। वरदान: अपने स्वरूप द्वारा भक्तों को लाइट के क्राउन का साक्षात्कार कराने वाले इष्ट देव भव जबसे आप बाप के बच्चे बने, पवित्रता की प्रतिज्ञा की तो रिटर्न में लाइट का ताज प्राप्त हो गया। इस लाइट के ताज के आगे रत्न जड़ित ताज कुछ भी नहीं है। जितना-जितना संकल्प, बोल और कर्म में प्योरिटी को धारण करते जायेंगे उतना यह लाइट का क्राउन स्पष्ट होता जायेगा और इष्ट देव के रूप में भक्तों के आगे प्रत्यक्ष होते जायेंगे। स्लोगन: सदा बापदादा की छत्रछाया के अन्दर रहो तो विघ्न-विनाशक बन जायेंगे।

24-12-11:   

Essence: Sweet children, sin is committed by becoming body conscious. Therefore, be soul conscious. Your manners have to be very good. Don’t cause anyone sorrow. Question: What easy method does the Father show you in order for you to create your reward for 21 births? Answer: Children, this is God’s bank. You will attain a reward for 21 births to the extent that you accumulate in this. Only by using everything in a worthwhile way for God’s establishment will you accumulate. However, everyone else is to become bankrupt. This is the land of sorrow. There will be earthquakes, fires etc. Everyone is to experience loss and this is why it is said: Some people’s wealth will remain buried underground, other people’s wealth will be consumed by the Government…Essence for dharna: 
1. If there is any defect within, remove it. Have an honest heart. Don’t become angry because of body consciousness.
2. Whenever you have time, stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance and accumulate an income.Blessing: May you become a special beloved deity who gives a vision of a crown of light to your devotees through your form.
Since you have become the Father’s children, in return for your promise of purity, you have received a crown of light. Compared to this crown of light, the crown studded with jewels is nothing. The more purity you continue to have in your thoughts, words and deeds, the more the crown of light will become clear and you will continue to be revealed in your special deity form in front of your devotees. Slogan: Remain constantly under BapDada’s canopy of protection and you will become a destroyer of obstacles.
