स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:

१. हम आत्माएँ, अपने को अशरीरी समझकर, हर श्वास, हर संकल्प, हर वैल्युबुल सेकण्ड पारलौकिक बाप को याद करनेवाले, ज्ञान धारण कर योग बल से और योग अग्नि में विकर्म विनाश कर इज़्ज़त के साथ सीधा वापिस घर निराकारी दुनिया में जानेवाले, स्वर्ग के बादशाह हैं... एक सेकण्ड की भी छुट्टी बिना, एक सेकण्ड की फ़ुर्सत बिना, रात दिन सर्विस करनेवाले, आज्ञाकारी, वफ़ादार, फरमानबरदार, ईमानदार बच्चें हैं...

२. हम आत्माएँ, सेन्टर्स के घाट पर ज्ञान स्नान कर मुक्ति, जीवनमुक्ति, सदगति पानेवाले, रूहानी यात्रा के रूहानी यात्री हैं... विनाश की ज्वाला प्रज्जवलित करनेवाला रुद्र गीता ज्ञान यज्ञ के ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली ब्राह्मण हैं... ब्रह्मलोक में जानेवाले, ब्राह्मणों के लोक में रहनेवाले, आत्मा और शरीर के पावन कंचन काया वाले देवी-देवता हैं... रात को जागकर ज्ञान चिंतन करनेवाले, अमृत वेले उठकर बाप को याद कर ऊँच खुशी के परा वाले नीन्द्राजीत हैं...हर रोज़ मुरली रेगयुलर और पंकचुअल सुनकर अच्छी मैनर्स धारण करनेवाले, बाबा को याद कर कमाई और गड़ाई और राज़ाई का प्राफिट करनेवाले, ऊँच ते ऊँच देवता कुल के स्वर्ग के मालिक हैं ...

३. हम आत्माएँ, ज्ञान, गुण और शक्तियों का दान करनेवाले, महादानी, महावरदानी, विश्व परिवर्तक, विश्व कल्याणकारी सो विश्व महाराजन हैं ....बाप के साथ का सुहाग का अविनाशी तिलक वाले, रोज़ सवेरे अपने मस्तक पर विजय वा स्मृति का तिलक लगानेवाले, मन को कंट्रोलिंग पावर से व्यर्थ को समाप्त कर, कर्मेन्द्रियों पर रूलिंग पावर से राज्य करनेवाले, स्व राज्य के तिलक वाले स्व राज्य अधिकारी, बाप के दिल तख़्तनशीन, भविष्य विश्व के ताज धारी, तिलक धारी, तख्त नशीन हैं...

Praise of Baba:

The Incorporeal Purifier, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the True Father...the True Teacher...the True Guru... the Unlimited Father...the Creator of Heaven...the Creator of Liberation-in-life...Heavenly God Father...the Father from beyond...the most Beloved Father...the Sweet Sweet Father...the True Father...the True Satguru...the Almighty Baba...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:

1.   We, the souls, with every breath, in every thought, at every valuable second, consider ourselves to be bodiless, and remember the Father from beyond ...with the power of yoga we imbibe the knowledge, and absolve our sins in the fire of yoga...we are the sovereigns of heaven who return straight home to the Incorporeal world with honor....we are the obedient, faithful, trustworthy children following orders who  remain engaged in service day and night without getting a holiday for even one second, with not a moment to spare.....

2.   We, the souls, the spiritual pilgrims on a spiritual pilgrimage, bathe in knowledge at the shore of the centres, and attain liberation, liberation-in-life and salvation... we are the mouth born creations of Brahma, the Brahmins of the sacrificial fire of the Geeta knowledge of Rudra from which the fire of destruction  is ignited...we are the  deities with pure and holy souls and bodies, who reside with Brahmins and then reside in the Brahm element...we are the conquerors of sleep who churn the points of knowledge by keeping awake at night, and again wake up at amritvela and remain in remembrance of the Father...we listen to the murli regularly and punctually every day and imbibe good manners...we are the masters of heaven, belonging to the highest on high deity clan, who make a profit of the kingdom through studying and moulding...

3.   We, the souls, are the great donors, the great bestowers of blessings, the world transformers, the world benefactors, and so the world emperors who donate knowledge, divine virtues and powers...we have the imperishable tilak of being wed to the Father and of His company...we also have the tilak of victory and remembrance that we put on our forehead at amritvela everyday...with the controlling power we put a stop to waste thoughts in our mind,  and with the ruling power we rule over our physical senses...we are self sovereigns with the tilak of self-sovereignty, who climb on the Father’s heart throne and in the future wear a crown, get anointed with a royal tilak and get seated on a royal throne...

Baba ki Mahima:

Niraakaar Patit Paavan Parampita Paramatma Shiv Baba hain...Mera Baba...Pyaara Baba...Meetha Baba...Dayalu Baba...Kripalu Baba... Sat Baap...Sat Tichar...Sat Guru... Behad ka Baap...Swarg ka Rachyita...Jeewan mukti ka Rachyita... Hevinly God Fader...Parlokik Baap...Most Bilved Baap...Meetha-Meetha Baap...sachcha Baba...Sachcha Satguru...Almaaity Baba...

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:

1.   Hum atmaayen, apne ko ashareeri samajhkar, har shwaas, har sankalp, har vailyubul sekand parlokik baap ko yaad karnewale, gyan dhaaran kar yog bal se aur yog agni men vikarm vinaash kar ijjat ke saath sidhaa vaapis ghar niraakaari duniya  men jaanewale,  swarg ke badshah hain... ek sekand ki bhi chhutti bina, ek sekand ki fursat bina, raat din sarvis karnewale, agyakaari, wafaadar, farmaan bar daar, imaandaar bachchen hain...

2.    Hum atmaayen, sentars ke ghat par  gyan snaan kar mukti jeewan mukti sadgati paanewale, ruhaani yatra ke ruhaani yaatri hain... vinaash ki jwala prajj walit karnewala rudra geeta gyan yagy  ke Brahma mukh vanshaavali Brahman hain... Brahm lok men jaanewale, brahmanon ke lok men rahnewale atma aur shareer ko paavan banaane wale,  kanchan kaaya wale devi-devta hain... raat ko jaagkar gyan chintan karnewale, amrit vele oothkar baap ko yaad kar oonch khushi ke para waleneendra jeet hain...har roz murli regyular aur pankchual sunkar achchi mainars dhaaran karnewale, baba ko yaad kar kamaai aur ghadaai aur rajaai ka praafit karnewale, oonch te oonch devta kul ke swarg ke maalik hain ...

3.   Hum atmaayen, gyan, gu n aur shaktiyon ka daan karnewale, mahadaani, mahavardaani, vishv parivartak, vishv kalyaankaari so vishv mahaaraajan   hain ....roz savere apne mastak par vijay  va smriti ka tilak lagaanewale baap ke saath ka suhaag ka avinaashi tilak wale, man ko kantolling paavar se vyrth ko samaapt karnewale, karmendriyon par ruling paavar se raajy karnewale sw rajyadhikaari, sw rajy ke tilak wale baap ke dil takt nasheen,  bhavishy vishv ke taaj dhaari, tilak dhaari, takht nasheen hain...
