स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम आत्माएँ, इस पूरनी दुनिया के काँटों के जंगल को, पतित आत्माओं को, दैवी गुणों से भरनेवाले, दैवी फूलों का बगीचा बनानेवाले, खुदाई खिदमतगार हैं... नई दुनिया की फाउन्देशन करनेवाले, सूर्यवंशी, चंद्रवंशी राजधानी स्थापन करनेवाले, दैवी स्वराज्य, गार्डन ऑफ गॉड, गार्डन ऑफ अल्लाह, गार्डन ऑफ फ्लावर्स, विष्णुपूरी, सुखधाम, परिस्तान बनानेनेवाले निमित्त हैं, निर्माण हैं, निर्मान हैं, निर्मल हैं....
२. हम अजर, अमर, अविनाशी आत्माएँ, पूरे ८४ जन्मों लेनेवाले अविनाशी ड्रामा के पार्टधारी हैं... स्वीट होम और शान्ति धाम को याद करनेवाले स्वीट बादशाही की वारिस हैं... ज्ञान सूर्य की वर्षा द्वारा पतित से पावन बननेवाले, मुक्ति और जीवन मुक्ति पानेवाले, देही - अभिमानी बन श्रीमत पर पूरा चलनेवाले, विश्व के मालिक हैं...
३. हम नॉलेजफुल आत्माएँ, त्रिनेत्री, त्रिकालदर्शी, त्रिलोकीनाथ हैं...ड्रामा के हर राज़ को जाननेवाले, कभी नाराज़ न होने वाले, सदा खुश और राज़ी रहनेवाले, राज़ युक्त, योग्युक्त, युक्तियुक्त हैं...आनंद, सुख, प्रेम और खुशी के झूले में झूलनेवाले, स्मृति स्वरूप बन स्नेह के सागर में समानेवाले, बाप के साथ हैं , बाप के समान हैं , बाप के समीप हैं, बाप के सम्मुख हैं और भगवान बाप के सच्चे अच्छे पक्के सेफ बच्चे हैं...व्यर्थ से ईनोसेंट रहनेवाले, सच्चे सच्चे सेंट (महात्मा, धर्मात्मा, देवत्मा, पुण्यत्मा) हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, the helpers of God, transform the jungle of thorns to a garden of divine flowers, and the impure souls to pure, by filling them with divine virtues ...we are the pure and humble instruments who help in the construction of a new world, lay the foundation, establish the sun and moon dynasty kingdoms, the deity sovereignty, the garden of God, the garden of Allah, the garden of flowers, the land of Vishnu, the land of happiness and the land of angels ...
2. Hum nolej ful atmaayen, trinetri, trikaal darshi, triloki naath hain...drama ke har raaz ko jaan newale, kabhi naaraaz n hone wale, sada khush aur raazi rahnewale, raaz yukt, yogyukt , yuktiyukt hain...anand, sukh, prem aur khushi ke jhoole men jhoolnewale, smriti swaroop ban sneh ke sagar men samaanewale, baap ke saath hain , baap ke samaan hain , baap ke sameep hain, baap ke sammukh hain aur bhagwaan baap ke sachche achche pakke sef bachche hain...vyarth se inosent rahnewale, sachche sachche sent (mahatma, dharmatma, devatma, punyatma) hain...
