स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. अंत मति सो गति....हम आत्माएँ, फॉलो मदर-फ़ादर ...अपने को आत्मा समझ, विचार सागर मंथन करनेवाले, रात को जागकर कमाई जमा करनेवाले, योग से विकर्म विनाश कर पूरा वर्सा लेनेवाले, पवित्र, पावन बन, बाबा की एवर याद में रहनेवाले, अंत मति सो गति के पुरुशार्थी, नीन्द्रजीत स्वदर्शन चक धारी हैं...एवर हल्दी, एवर वेल्दी, एवर हैप्पी हैं...
२. हम लायक आत्माएँ, आत्मा और परमात्मा के पुरुषोत्तम संगम युग पर कुंभ मेले में, कुंभकारण की अज्ञान नींद में सोए हुए को जगानेवाले, बाप के आशीर्वाद लेनेवाले, सभिको आप समान बनानेवाले, बाबा की मुरली से कार्टून बनानेवाले सरविसेबुल, कल्प कलपांतर ऊँच पद पानेवाले, ज्ञान-ज्ञानेश्वरी सो राज-राजेश्वरी हैं...
३. हम करनकरावनहार आत्माएँ, मालिक होकर कर्मेन्द्रियों से कर्म करानेवाले, संकल्प में हल्कापन, कर्म करते तन का हल्कापन, मन की स्थिति का हल्कापन अनुभव करनेवाले, न्यारे, प्यारे और करमातीत हैं... सर्व प्राप्तियों से सदा संपन्न रहनेवाले हर्षित, सदा सुखी और खुशनसीब हैं...
४. हम आत्माएँ, परमात्म प्यार में सदा लवलीन और खोए हुए, मुहब्बत में समाए हुए, अपनी झलक और फलक, अनुभूति की शक्तिशाली किरणों से निर्विघ्न,मेहनत से मुक्त हैं...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. Your final thoughts will lead you to your destination...We, the souls, follow the mother and father...we consider ourselves to be souls, churn the ocean of knowledge, stay awake at night to earn an income, destroy our sins in the fire of yoga, become pure and holy, and claim our full inheritance from the Father... we are the conquerors of sleep, the spinners of the discus of self realization, the effort-makers who always stay in remembrance of the Father, so that our final thoughts will lead us to Him...we are ever-healthy, ever-wealthy and ever-happy....
2. We, the worthy souls, in the Kumbh mela of the soul with the Supreme Soul in the auspicious confluence age, wake up others from the sleep of ignorance of Kumbhkarna...we get blessings from the Father and make others equal to ourselves...we are the serviceable children who make cartoons from Baba’s murlis...we are the gods of knowledge, and so the princes and princesses, who attain a high status every cycle....
3. We, the karankaravanhar souls, perform actions through the physical organs as the master......we are loving and detached and karmateet, by experiencing lightness in our thoughts, lightness in the body while performing actions, and lightness in the mind...we remain constantly cheerful and have the fortune of happiness by being full of attainments...
4. We, the souls, are constantly merged and lost in God’s love... with the glimpse, intoxication and powerful rays of experience, we are free from obstacles and free from laboring ...

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:
1. Ant mati so gati....Hum atmaayen, folo madar-fader ...apne ko atma samajh, vichaar sagar manthan karnewale , raat ko jaagkar kamaai jama karnewale, yog se vikarm vinaash kar poora varsa lenewale, pavitr, paavan ban, baba ki evar yaad men rahnewale, ant mati so gati ke purushaarthi, neendrajeet swadarshan chak dhaari hain...evar haldy, evar weld, evar haippy hain...
2. Hum laayak atmaayen, atma aur parmatma ke purushottam sangam yug par kumbh mele men, kumbhkaran ki agyan neend men soye hue ko jagaanewale, baap ke aashirwaad lenewale, sabhiko aap samaan banaanewale, baba ki murli se kartoon bananewale servicebul, kalp kalpaantar oonch pad paanewale, gyan-gyaneshwari so raj rajeshwari hain...
3. Hum karan karaavan haar atmaaye, maalik hokar karmendriyon se karm karaanewale, sankalp men halkapan ,karm karte tan ka halkapan, man ki sthiti ka halka pan anubhav karnewale, nyaare, pyaare aur karmaateet hain... sarv praaptiyon se sada sampann rahnewale harshit, sada sukhi aur khushnaseeb hain...
4. Hum atmaayen, parmaatm pyar men sada lavleen aur khoye hue , muhabbat men samaaye hue, apni jhalak aur falak, anubhooti ki shaktishaali kiranon se nirvighn, mehnat se mukt hain...
