स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:
१. हम आत्माएँ, सावधान, होशियार और खबरदार हैं...सर्जन बाप से सदा सच्चे, साफ़, स्वच्छ रहनेवाले, अपना सच्चा सच्चा समाचार साकार को सुनाकर दवाई लेनेवाले,रूहानी मरीज़ हैं... अपने को आत्मा समझ, गॉड फ़ादर को याद करनेवाले, विकारों का दान कर वापिस लेनेका संकल्प भी नहीं करनेवाले, राज योगी हैं... बाप की राय कदम कदम पर लेनेवाले, श्रीमत पर ही चल कर्म में आनेवाले, माँ और बाप को फॉलो करनेवाले, पवित्र, पावन, श्रेष्ठ शुद्ध सतोप्रधान और कर्मातीत ईश्वरीय संतान हैं...
२. “आत्मा परमात्मा अलग रहे बहू काल, सुंदर मेला कर दिया जब सतगुरु मिले दलाल”... हम आत्माएँ, ज्ञान सागर से निकली हुई ज्ञान नदियाँ हैं... अनेक नदियों और सागर के संगम युग के कुंभ मेले में, सबको ज्ञान से हरे भरे करनेवाले, स्वर्ग का रास्ता दिखानेवाले, शिव बाबा का रचा हुआ रुद्र ज्ञान यज्ञ के प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा के मुख वंशावली निर्विघ्न ब्राह्मण हैं... ...बेहद के बाप के बेहद के बच्चे, बेहद सुख के वर्से के अधिकारी, स्वर्ग के बादशाह हैं...
३. हम आत्माएँ, “मैं” शब्द की देही अभिमानी स्मृति द्वारा ऊड़नेवाले, ओरिज्नल निराकारी स्थति में नेचुरली स्थित रहनेवाले, देह भान, देह बंधन, देह अभिमान, देह अहंकार से मुक्त, कर्म बंधनों से मुक्त, कर्म सम्बन्ध में आनेवाले, नम्र ,निर्मान , निर्मल हैं...
४. “निश्चय बुद्धि विजयंती, संशय बुद्धि विनशन्ति”...हम आत्माएँ, बाबा में, स्वयं में, ड्रामा में, ब्राह्मण परिवार में, ज्ञान में, चारों सब्जेक्ट में, बाबा के हर शब्द में, अपने भविष्य के पद में निश्चय रखनेवाले, श्रेष्ठ जीवन का अनुभव करनेवाले, निश्चित विजय पानेवाले, निश्चिंत और संपूर्ण निश्चय बुद्धि हैं...संगम युग के स्वराज्य अधिकारी,सतयुग के राज्य अधिकारी हैं...

Praise of Baba:
The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the True Father...the True Teacher...the True Guru...The Beloved...the Traveler...the Bestower of Happiness...the Surgeon...the God Father...the Father from beyond this world...the Unlimited Father...the Creator of Heaven...the Ocean of Knowledge...
Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:
1. We, the souls, are cautious, careful and alert...we are the spiritual patients who always remain honest, clean and clear hearted with the Father, the Surgeon, who relate to the corporeal father truthfully and accurately all our activities, and thus acquire the proper medication... we are the Raj Yogis who consider ourselves to be souls, remember the God Father and donate the vices without ever having the thought of taking them back...we take the Father’s advice at every step, follow shrimat only while performing actions, and follow the mother and the father...we are the pure, holy, elevated, unadulterated, satopradhan and karmateet children of God...
2. “The souls and the Supreme Soul remained apart for a very long time... a beautiful mela was created when the Satguru met with the dalal (broker, Brahma Baba)”......We, the souls, are the rivers of knowledge that have emerged from the Ocean of Knowledge...in the kumbh mela of the confluence age where several rivers meet the ocean, we make everyone ripe with knowledge and show them the path to heaven... we are Brahmins, the mouth born creations of Prajapita Brahma, of the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra created by Shiv Baba, who are free of all obstacles...we are the unlimited children of the Unlimited Father claiming an unlimited inheritance of happiness, and are the masters of heaven...
3. We, the souls, fly with the soul conscious awareness of the word “I” and stabilize naturally in the original stage of being incorporeal... we are humble, polite, clean and have relationships with karma ....we are free from the consciousness of having a body, the bondages of the body, the consciousness of relationships and possessions of the body, the arrogance of the body, the bondages of karma of the body.......
4. “An intellect with faith is victorious, and an intellect with doubts experiences defeat”...We, the souls, have faith in Baba, in the self, in the drama, in the Brahmin family, in the knowledge, in the four subjects, in every word spoken by Baba, and in our future status...by having full faith in the intellect, we experience the greatness of life, a guaranteed victory and a carefree stage...we are the self sovereigns of the confluence age and world sovereigns of the golden age...

Swamaan aur atma abhyas:
1. Hum atmaayen, saavdhaan, hoshiyaar aur khabardaar hain...sarjan baap se sada sachche, saaf, swachchh rahnewale, apna sachcha sachcha samaachaar sakar ko sunaakar dawaai lenewale, ruhaani mareez hain... apne ko atma samajh, God Faader ko yaad karnewale, vikaaron ka daan kar vaapis leneka sankalp bhi nahi karnewale, raj yogi hain... baap ki raay kadam kadam par lenewale, shrimat par hi chal karm men aanewale, maa aur baap ko follow karnewale, pavitr, paavan, shreshth shuddh satopradhaan aur karmaateet ishwariy santan hain...
2. “Aatma parmatma alag rahe bahu kaal, sundar mela kar diya jab satguru mile dalal”... Hum atmaayen, gyan sagar se nikli hui gyan nadiyaan hain... anek nadiyon aur sagar ke sangam yug ke kumbh mele men, sabko gyan se hare bhare karnewale, swarg ka rasta dikhaanewale, Shiv Baba ka racha hua rudr gyan yagy ke prajapita brahma ke mukh vanshaavali nirvighn Brahman hain...behad ke baap ke behad ke bachche, behad sukh ke varse ke adhikaari, swarg ke badshah hain... .
3. Hum atmaayen, “main” shabd ki dehi abhimaani smriti dwara oodnewale, orignal niraakaari sthti men nechuraly sthith rahnewale, deh bhan, deh bandhan, deh abhimaan, deh ahankaar se mukt, karm bandhanon se mukt, karm sambandh men aanewale, namr, nirmaan, nirmal hain...
4. “Nishchay buddhi vijayanti, sanshay buddhi vinashanti”...Hum atmaayen, Baba men, swayam men, drama men, Brahman parivaar men , gyan men, chaaron sabjekt men, Baba ke har shabd men, apne bhavishy ke pad men nishchay rakhnewale, shreshth jeewan ka anubhav karnewale, nishchit vijay paanewale, nishchint aur sampoorn nishchay buddhi hain...sangam yug ke sw raajy adhikaari, satyug ke rajy adhikaari hain...
