Dearest Dadis, Nirwairbhai and the worldwide Brahmin family,
Please accept heartfelt greetings of love and gratitude from the entire
New York family. We have felt the loving thoughts and powerful
vibrations of all of you over the past couple of days. It has been a
very good experience, preparing and facing the big storm that just swept
(and still sweeping through) through many parts of the East Coast of
USA. I must say that we have all felt Baba's hands of protection holding
us very tight even whilst witnessing the fierce dance of nature.
In New York, New Jersey, Boston and Connecticut, Baba's children and
homes are all safe except for many fallen trees (especially around
Harmony House) with electrical sparks and power outages. The subway
system in Manhattan is completely shut off due to flooding and many
phone lines and internet connections are off. A few of the students had
to be evacuated but have stayed in Baba's homes. In Washington, they
also had to move out of Baba's home for safety. In Peace Village we
have been least affected, so far everything functioning fully.
Sr.Mohini is still in Delhi until the airports open to flights coming
in. Drama has created a sense of close family and inspired bhatti
atmosphere all around.
